Your life. Your story.

With cremation, you have numerous options for an everlasting memorial. Choose from a traditional upright or flush stone monument, a granite niche in our Columbarium, or perhaps consider a plaque, engraved stone, or even a memorial bench. Regardless of your choice, your unique memorial can be placed with the remains, or in a separate area of the cemetery. Having a memorial at St. Matthew’s allows you to have a physical place to visit and remember loved ones, even with cremation.

Here are just a few of the options at St. Matthew’s:

Above ground
Niches – these solid granite spaces in our outdoor Columbarium are designed to hold one or two urns. In addition, niches may also hold treasured photos, mementos or other personal items within the liberal policies established at the cemetery. Niches begin at $1,800.

In Ground – Burial of a Cremated Body
Burial is now available in existing traditional graves, or with a new purchase of casket size or urn size graves. The burial may occur with a traditional urn directly in the earth. Private gardens are also available for in-ground burial, where you design the space however you choose.

In Ground – Scattering
Private Scattering is now available in existing traditional graves where no casket burial has taken place or with a new purchase of casket size or urn size graves. The Private Scattering may occur directly in the earth.
